Andrew Dalton

Andrew was the founding partner of White Dalton Motorcycle Solicitors back in 1997 and remains with the firm as a practising solicitor, having retired from partnership in 2024. He deals with the most serious and complex of injuries. He specialises in catastrophic injury and large loss of earnings cases and is often brought in as the trial lawyer by his colleagues in difficult cases. He is dual qualified as a barrister and a solicitor advocate and is also admitted as a non-practicing solicitor in Ireland.

Andrew has long trial experience appearing in the High Court and County Court regularly.

He has written for many years in leading bike magazines, including Fast Bikes, Ride, Adventure Bike Rider, Bike and Trail magazines as well as being the original legal corner lawyer on 44 Teeth.

In his spare time Andrew loves dirt bike touring, having done many Trans European Trails, from the southern tip of Portugal to Arctic Finland. His road bike, which sometimes has knobblies and goes off road, is a Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro and his dirt bike weapon of choice is the Husqvarna FE501, replacing his battered but loved Husqvy 701.
